It is being called an "original work of fiction, horror, and parody, and is not officially sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the owners of the Star Trek®brand.
If that hasn't captured your interest, Quirk Fiction has also released a trailer based on the book. Watch below. I don't know about you, but I could definitely see this made into a feature length film. Bring it Zombies!!!
