Eva Green cast as Angelique in 'Dark Shadows'

According to an Exclusive over at Deadline, Eva Green has landed the role of Angelique in Tim Burton's adaptation of the 60s supernatural tv soap for Warner Bros.

Green broke onto the American scene as the vixen Vesper Lynd opposite James Bond in Casino Royale.  In this new role, she will play the scorned witch who was once in love with vampire, Barnabas Collins, (played by Johnny Depp).

 Jackie Earle Haley and Bella Heathcoate are also in negotiations (via: Deadline) for Dark Shadows.
